I am Anne and I love to meet people from all around the world or even just from my own back yard, New Zealand. My passion is my garden and my home. I have been with Airbnb for 5 years as Superhost and my home is also on Booking.com.
I live life simple and offer you a comfortable and homely experience that will be memorable, affordable and relaxing.

Continental Breakfast

Tea/coffee, glass of juice, soya/almond/lactose free milk. Homemade jams, gluten free bread, toast and muesli with yoghurt.
Magical Garden Area
Dragonfly Cottage has 3 very large trees in the back garden: Titoki, Kowhai and Manuka. The remarkable songbirds are heard in the morning sunrise and early evening. Tui, Zebra Finch, Starlings, Bellbird, Pukeko, Fantail, Kereru, Sparrows and Blackbirds make their homes in the trees around the cottage garden.

All rooms come with robes, slippers, towels, facecloths, shower gel and a beach towel for the spa.

100% recommend staying
Anne was an absolute God send, she went over and above for us during our 2 night stay in one of her rooms. We especially enjoyed the hot spa in the evenings which is surrounded by her beautiful, well kept garden surroundings with flowers, trees and plants. We cooked breakfast each morning, her kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Helpful little extras like milk, bread, butter, salt, pepper etc is all provided which is another added bonus of staying here. Anne herself is extremely helpful, kind hearted and respectful. She even gave us a slightly later check out. I'd 100% recommend staying here.

Highly recommended!
Super nice host (Anne). In addition to the booked trailer (she also rents out other rooms in her great house), we could use the kitchen and bathroom/shower. She also did our dishes. We were allowed to hang out in the great garden, use the bubble pot and were able to chat with very nice other guests from Auckland and Wellington. The real NZ experience! Highly recommended! Feels very homey
Anne's Fairytale Cottage feels very homey, it is well decorated with personable items, it's cozy, has a well equipped kitchen, with laundry, and had everything we needed to enjoy a home cooked meal. Anne was super helpful on arrival, and responded really quick in case of the occasional question. Most of all, Anne was really friendly, it was nice to meet her.

An excellent base
Annie has a lovely home and made us feel extremely welcome. She was keen to make sure we felt at home and comfortable to come-and-go as we pleased. An excellent base for a trip to explore the Blenheim wineries!

Lovely place
This was a lovely place just a few minutes away from the vineyards. The room we stayed in is separate from the main house where the bathroom and kitchen etc. are. The highlight of our stay was the spa in the backyard with a lovely garden view.
